Die 6TL-22-Plattform ist eine perfekte Basis für die Konzeption einer realen modularen automatischen Testausrüstung für geringe und mittlere Produktionsvolumina. Ein System, das um 6TL-22 herum entwickelt wird, ist einfach, leicht zu warten und kostengünstig. Das Rack ist für die direkte Einbindung in die drei plattformbasierten Empfänger von Virginia Panel, den S6, G12 und G12X, vorbereitet. Der Systemkern kann entweder ein industrieller PC oder ein NI-PXI sein. Ein UPS schützt die wertvollen Geräte und steuert alle Schritte des automatischen Einschaltens und Abschaltens des Testsystems. Dank des Test-Rack-Managers (MMI) werden die Interaktion und Steuerung des Systems und die grundlegenden Sicherheitseinrichtungen als fertiges Softwareprodukt implementiert.
