SA SISTEL has decided to implement an Integrated Quality Management System based on the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, as a way of organizing the operation of the company based on basic pillars such as product quality, customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Likewise, and in accordance with the amendment regarding climate change incorporated into the management standards, SA SISTEL also integrates the consideration of risks and opportunities derived from climate change in its management and decision-making model.
Its basis is as follows:
- The main lines of the Management System are conceived as a result of a constant analysis of its context, analysis of risks and opportunities, with a preventive approach and continuous improvement.
- Commit to complying with customer requirements and current legislation, as well as other commitments that may be established in this regard, focusing on continuously improving the environmental performance and strategic quality of the group.
- Take into account the impacts of climate change on operations, services and stakeholders, assessing their influence on business continuity. Contribute, within its possibilities, to the reduction of emissions, energy efficiency and the transition to more sustainable practices.
- On an annual basis, Management reviews and extends the Quality objectives. These must be well communicated to staff, so that the effectiveness of the System is maintained and promoted. Likewise, these objectives will be reviewed by Management.
- SA SISTEL also assumes the commitment to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us and to develop its systems towards the continuous improvement of the organization.
The policy is disseminated and understood by all staff and will be reviewed periodically. Likewise, it will be communicated to all stakeholders who require it and will be publicly available.
