In-Line Test Fixtures AT799&AB799 are prepared to contact electronic printed circuits (PCBs) for high volumes production.
Fixture kit is composed by probes plate and pusher’s plate. Both of them have the ID Modules to ensure the compatibitiliy between the upper and lower part, and used for i.e as a cycle-counter for maintenance purposes or test start trigger.
This ID boards also allow the automatic adjustament of the conveyors or the test sequence automatic selection.
